From SHAPE America –
Each year, SHAPE America honors many of its Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart Coordinators with the SHAPE America JRFH/HFH Grant. The 2018 grantees are Jump Rope and Hoops For Heart coordinators who have been instrumental in bringing the programs to their school and driving the mission of heart health to the staff, students, and communities in which they live. These individuals are recognized at the Professional Excellence Awards Ceremony at the SHAPE America National Convention & Expo, where they are honored in front of their peers for their dedication and commitment to the Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart programs.
