Chris has been a Physical Educator in Texas for 24 years. Chris began his career at a private school in the Houston area and has also taught at traditional public schools in both the Princeton and Dallas Independent School Districts. While in Dallas, Chris was selected as one of five district finalists for Elementary Teacher of the Year.
Presentation Focus:
How to Add Action! to Your P.E. Activities
There’s more to Physical Education than the latest and greatest game or activity you found on social media. This session focuses on how to use ACTION! Team games to improve skills and develop strategy and teamwork in students so that those “latest and greatest” games actually align to standards
Level: Elementary Educators (Secondary Educators are welcome to attend)
Essentials:
6 hours of “hands-on” instruction segmented by am/pm breaks and lunch (lunch on your own)
Maximum of 40 participants for safety and to ensure adequate equipment for all
Attendees Receive (FREE):
Certificate of Completion (awarded end of day to those present)
